Armenian security officers detain opposition leader Karapetyan

Billionaire Samvel Karapetian and dozens of people linked to him were arrested on Wednesday in what Armenia’s largest opposition group led by him called a government attempt to force it to stop blocking the adoption of a new constitution demanded by Azerbaijan.
