Armenia premier: We could hold snap elections if new constitution is not passed in parliament

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian said on Thursday that he may call fresh parliamentary elections if he fails to push through Armenia’s parliament his draft of a new Armenian constitution demanded by Azerbaijan.
