South Korea not satisfied with Ukraine’s ‘apology message’ over controversial transfer of North Korean soldiers

Foreign Minister Cho Hyun said Seoul considers the apology from Ukrainian counterpart Andrii Sybiha inadequate regarding the public disclosure of two North Korean prisoners of war, adding that the government is reviewing diplomatic measures including the potential recall of its ambassador to Kyiv.
