No serious decision made about change in nuclear doctrine

TEHRAN, Oct. 31 (MNA) – Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) says that he has studied US Vice President's letter but has not responded to it yet, adding that no serious decision has been made about change in nuclear doctrine.
