Brazil's Lula, Bolsonaro close arguments to voters ahead of nail-biting election runoff

Brazil's octogenarian leftist president has a lot of ground to make up in this Sunday's final electoral round. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva failed to connect with younger voters, favored print media over digital platforms, and will need to draw millions of voters who sat out the first round to the polls, if he hopes to win.
