Elon Musk ordered Starlink slowdown for Ukraine: Report

SpaceX founder Elon Musk ordered a slowdown of military-grade Starlink services used by Ukrainian forces last week, capping speeds and rendering some drones virtually useless while sparking panic in Kyiv and causing confusion within the Trump administration, according to The Wall Street Journal.
